Doug is an extremely hard working individual who is talented in his craft. We hired Doug to resurface some deep pitting marks caused by another tradesman and their metal grinding activity around our already installed architectural float glass. He literally resolved issues on over 10+ units of glass. With his experience he minimized any and all distortions, and made the glass look better than when it was shipped to us for installation. This fix by Doug saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in labor and materials, but more importantly TIME. We will continue to utilize him the next chance we get.

Great work! I got a quote from Doug as Glass Savers to take some scratches and glazing out of two large storefront windows, as well as the front door's window. The quote was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. The large window panes came out beautifully, making the windows look nearly new again. He was also honest and upfront with me about how removing deeper scratches in the door window might be too risky. So he reduced the price and advised us to replace that window instead. Will surely use again!

Glass Savers came out for a proposal and completed the work the next morning. Great alternative to replacing glass on a brand new custom wood framed front door. My contractors scratched the glass deep and Glass Savers came to the rescue with no mess. If I had to replace the glass it would have been a nightmare -- mess everywhere, wood trim removal, wood trim replacement, prime, paint, etc.
